Refund Policy: In order to deliver quality educational programs, AFSEP expends considerable funds in advance for speakers fees, meal commitments, travel expenses and facilities. All expenses are naturally derived from the number of attendees expected, based on the number of registrations we receive. When money has been committed to third parties we do not receive any discount or rebate when registrants fail to attend. In light of this, our refund policy is as follows:
"No Shows": When a registered attendee fails to show there can be no refund given.
Cancellations: When a registered attendee can give us one week notice, a refund in the form of eighty per-cent (80%) credit will be given toward any future AFSEP program.
Hardship: In the event of a death in the registrant's immediate family, or in the case of jury duty, a certificate of the full value will be given provided documentation is provided. This certificate is applicable for full value toward future Seminars provided by AFSEP. All other hardships will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Walk-ins: Any person wishing to attend an AFSEP seminar who has not registered prior to the published deadline will be charged an additional $35. Because the meal arrangements and printed materials are limited, there will be a maximum number of 5 allowed. This will necessarily be on "first come, first served" basis.
